We conduct a full building envelope inspection — probing, moisture mapping, and visual testing of all suspect surfaces to identify every active and potential moisture pathway.

Delivered as a written report with photos and prioritized recommendations.

System Engineering

Based on audit findings, we design a layered waterproofing solution specifying the correct membranes, sealants, drainage, and finish products for each surface and condition.

Surface Preparation

All substrates are pressure-washed, structurally repaired, primed, and prepared to manufacturer standards. No membrane or coating is applied over a compromised surface.

Application & Flood Test

Systems are applied in controlled conditions, flood-tested or probe-tested where applicable, and fully inspected before any final surface finishes are installed.
