Ground-Up Build Process

Every phase precisely managed from site assessment through final occupancy.

Site Assessment & Pre-Con

Soil testing, topographic survey, zoning and entitlement review, and full coordination with your design team — architects, structural engineers, and civil engineers.

We identify schedule and budget risks before breaking ground.

Permitting & Procurement

We submit all plan-check documents, respond to city corrections, pull all building permits, and procure long-lead structural materials in parallel to avoid delays.

Permit timeline tracked and reported weekly.

Foundation & Frame

Excavation, foundation pours, and complete structural framing with all MEP rough-ins coordinated in sequence. Inspections passed at every phase before proceeding.

Field superintendent on-site every day.

Envelope, Finishes & CO

Exterior envelope, roofing, windows, and all interior finish work — drywall, flooring, paint, casework — through final punch-list, inspections, and certificate of occupancy.

Owner walkthrough and full close-out documentation provided.
